It sure is. Unlike some of those other sites that claim to be free, we do not charge you after 30 days. Our Free sites are FREE!

What do I need to sign up?
You will need an email address. If you do not have email address, you can get one for free at yahoo mail or hotmail.com

Why do you need my email when signing up?
For the security of your child we need your email address to confirm your membership and send you a secure registration number. This email address will also be used as your login name for your membership. We will only use your email address to send you information pertaining to your child's website.

Am I going to receive spam as a result of submitting my email address?
We respect your privacy. Your email address is not sold, traded or given to other parties. The only email you will receive from us will be important information pertaining to your child (i.e.: product recall alerts), and to contact members about scheduled site maintenance and other administrative matters (information regarding your membership or your service with us) including information about our partners.

Why do you need a password when signing up?
You will need to provide this password every time you sign in to your account. This will ensure that only you will have access to your Control Panel.

Can I set-up a website before my baby is born?
Yes, you can set up your website even though your baby has not yet arrived. If you like, you can your upload sonogram prints and display your due date. And if you have not yet chosen a name, you can enter "Baby Your Last Name." Once your little bundle has arrived, you can add your favorite photo, change the name, and send out your website as an immediate, online birth announcement.

Is it easy to create a baby website?
It's extremely easy. No experience at all is needed! It truly is as easy as 1-2-3. Simply fill out a form and upload your photos from your computer directly to your website with our easy-to-use upload feature. The website does the rest!

How long does it take to create a baby website?
It can take as little as 5 minutes.

How long will my website be online?
You decide how long your website will be online.

Can I make changes to my baby website?
Yes, you can update your website at your convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any where in the world. And it's surprisedly easy! Just sign in to your account with your login ID and password. You can add, delete or change content, and change your background color and theme. Your changes will be effective immediately.

When will my website be available?
Once you create your first page your website is ready to share immediately.

How will people view my baby's website?
Once your website is created your visitors enter your child's name and/or your email address in the Baby Finder search, and instantly they'll be viewing your child's site. If you choose password protection, visitors must enter the password you've given them.

How can I change my website background color and theme?
It's very easy to change your website colors and theme. Sign in to your Account which will take you to your Control Panel and choose a new background color and/or theme. Instantly it will be changed.

How do I preview my new background color and theme?
After you have changed your website color and/or theme click on "update" and you will see a preview of the color and/or theme you selected. If you want to change it, just choose a different background color and/or theme.

Is there a limit to how many photos I can have on my Free website?
You are allowed one photo on your FrontPage (homepage of your website), and a photo album of 10 photos. Of course you can change your photos as often as you like, and you will want to do so as your child grows and changes.

How do I add photos to my baby website?
It's simple. First, load your digital photos onto your computer. How you do this depends on how you took the photos.

Digital Camera Users
Load photos onto your computer according to the instructions provided with your camera.

Film Camera Users
When developing your film, be sure to order a PHOTO CD along with your prints. You can load your photos onto your computer directly from your PHOTO CD.

Photo Scanners
If you've got a scanner, you can scan any photo print to load onto your computer.

Then, using our easy-to-use upload feature, upload your favorite photos from your computer directly to your website. View your new additions instantly.

Do you offer more features than what is listed on your Features Page?
Yes, we offer optional "Additional Features" you may want to take advantage of when you're ready. These Additional Features include:

UNLIMITED PHOTOS and photo albums,
VIDEO/movie capability,
SLIDESHOWS,
Unique, decorative style FANCY FONTS to showcase your child's name,

Do I have to pay for "Additional Features?"
These Additional Features require a lot more space, bandwidth and maintenance on our web servers. The only thing we ask is your help in contributing only a small portion towards your actual cost of the hosting and server fees we must pay to Interactive Service Technologies, our host and server provider. We ask our members to help us and contribute only $4.95 a month (16˘ a day) for All of the Additional Features. No commitments. No contracts. You can cancel at anything and still keep your FREE website.

Must I pay for these "Additional Features" to keep my Free website?
Absolutely not! Your Free website is FREE. Period! These "Additional Features" are strictly optional for those who want more.
